Established in 2016 by Alexandru Gabriel Olah, a practicing Attorney & Conveyancer, Olah Attorneys Incorporated specializes in transfers of all types of properties as well as drafting of sale agreements, winding up of estates, estate transfers, drafting and registration of ante-nuptial & post-nuptial contracts, registration of bonds over immovable properties and notarial bonds over movables.

 In the past few years we attended to the transfer of hundreds of properties and we have built strong relationships with several Estate Agencies and Estate Agents in and around Durban.

 One of the advantages of dealing with us compared to other conveyancing firms is that our Conveyancer, Mr Olah, is an ex Estate Agent who worked in the real estate industry for many years (PWR Properties, Tyson Properties & Seven Star Properties) before becoming an Attorney & a Conveyancer, this clearly is a huge advantage, giving us a deeper understanding of the world & life of an Estate Agent which helps us assist Agents, Sellers & Buyers diligently & more efficiently.

Mr Olah has the status of a Principal (NQF5) with the EAAB (Estate Agency Affairs Board) with a valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate)

 Our Conveyancing Paralegal, Reshma Mahadeo, has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years and therefore brings a vast amount of experience with her which contributes to the firm’s success.
